Online Application for Specific Club Activity Venues (Student Activity Center Venues Only)
In response to the trend towards paperless processes, our Student Activities Division is now piloting an online application system for specific venue reservations. If your club wishes to reserve venues such as the First Activity Center or the Second Activity Center, you can upload the activity form, activity proposal, email approval from the club's advisor, and a screenshot of the club president's approval to a Google form.
After a review within 2 working days, if the request is approved, you can submit the venue reservation form to the Activity Center Management Team to complete the booking.
Please note the following:
1. Internal approval for activities requires 2 working days, and there may be additional document requirements for the activity proposal. Therefore, please apply for your activity at least 2 weeks in advance.
2. If your activity includes other on-campus outdoor venues (not managed by the Activity Center) or off-campus venues, as documents need to be reviewed by the venue management unit and the campus safety center, please submit the relevant documents in paper form to the Student Activities Division at least 1 month before the event.
